Customer Information
This site collects information from customers for the sole purpose of effecting the transaction requested by the customer. No customer information is shared with any third party except where required to validate or substantiate a credit card transaction, under court order, or request from law enforcement. We use email addresses for delivering reports to customers and for requests for additional information, if needed. We will never share customer emails addresses with any third party.

Data in our reports is derived solely from data obtained from the courts. All information in our reports has been deemed public under applicable law. Inaccuracies may exist in this data. Any such inaccuracies are beyond the control of this site. We will however attempt to assist our customers in contacting the proper entity to correct any errors that may be found in our reports.
